ABOUT OUR PHOTOS
The majority of the photos shown on the VisitSugamuxi website have been taken by photographic volunteers for the NGO Fundación Montecito as a cultural exchange for imaging services.
©VisitSugamuxi
As a result of this arrangement, VisitSugamuxi and Fundación Montecito have the right to copy and use the photographs for their own purposes. It is forbiden to take, use, or distribute any photographs from this website, outside of the two organizations listed above, without previous authorization from their authors. For permission or questions, feel free to contact us.
Sometimes photos show the ©Author, plus the text "for VisitSugamuxi" or "for Fundación Montecito", and some photos just show "©VisitSugamuxi". But if ©Author is not specified and ©VisitSugamuxi is the only watermark, it still means the source of the photograph is from one of our contributors (see list below).
*The only exception are photos shown in our Forum, which are the sole property and copyright from the post writers. There is also a minority of photos taken directly by Fundación Montecito or the VisitSugamuxi team.
